 Kenneth W. Gilbert is founder and partner in Terramark.  Terramark provides real estate appraisal and counseling services with the bulk of its activities concentrated within Texas and oriented towards the analysis of commercial, industrial, special purpose, and rural properties.

 

  Kenneth W. Gilbert has been actively and exclusively engaged in the appraisal, development, and sales of commercial, industrial, rural, and residential properties since June, 1971.  Since 1972, he has been licensed by the State of Texas as a Real Estate Broker (License Number 155898); holds a B. S. degree in Agri-Business from Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, Texas (1972); and holds the MSA, MFLA, and MRA appraisal designations (Member No. 2242) with the National Association of Master Appraisers.  Pursuant to the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Act of 1991 and as issued by the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board, Mr. Gilbert is authorized to use the title STATE CERTIFIED GENERAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISER Number: TX-1325218-G.

Gilbert has qualified as an expert witness to real estate values include Western Division of Texas U.S. Bankruptcy Court, (Austin, Texas and San Antonio, Texas);  Judicial District Courts of Texas Numbers 21st (Bastrop County, Texas), 26th (Williamson County, Texas, 33rd (Llano County, Texas), 98th (Travis County, Texas), 146th (Bell County, Texas), 155th (Fayette County, Texas), 199th (Collin County, Texas), 200th (Travis County, Texas), 207th (Caldwell County, Texas), 274th (Caldwell County, Texas), 277th (Williamson County, Texas); Comal County Court at Law; Dallas County Court at Law No. 2; Hays County Court at Law; Travis County Court at Law No. 1; Travis County Court at Law No. 3; and Travis County Probate Court No. 1.  Additionally, he has testified before numerous Special Commissioners Hearings (various counties of Texas), the IRS Estate Tax Division, and the Texas Department of Health with regards expert testimony on real estate values.
